After my bout with the plague, SARS, or whatever afflicted me (ebola maybe), I'm almost feeling myself again. Sadly, Jean still has one slender foot in the grave. I'm rooting for her white blood cells! I worked the overnight shifts this weekend, which were pretty hectic, but after sleeping until noon today, I was finally able to get up and be active. Luna and I did a 4-mile jog around the 'hood to loosen some phlegm and help clear the lungs. I can't wait to get back on the bike!
